Avion 30P 9.1 meters (30') tandem axle anodized aluminum travel trailer
all manuals included which give details on every aspect of the coach
Clean, no odors, no mold, no rodents, no leaks, no soft floor, windows and door fit tight
Parquet floor, new curtains, some updating done, 2 new vents and rain covers on the roof.
Rear bath with center twin beds (excellent condition), front table with chairs. Sofa can be added for more sleeping and entertaining
All appliances work (A/C, furnace, sound system, tank readouts, gas detector)
Tons of storage inside and outside
Everything is functional and ready to camp
4 aluminum covered awnings in good condition
Electric tongue jack
2-40# aluminum propane tanks with original cover (one tank is nearly full with updated valve)
4 good tires (one is new) on slotted aluminum wheels, spare included
Leveler/anti-sway hitch is included
